Every project starts with a conversation. We'll find out what the part needs to do, where it will live and how much it needs to take — heat, sunlight, weight, wear or flexing. From there we'll tell you honestly whether 3D printing is the right approach, which material suits it, and roughly what it will cost.

From a sketch, a photo or a broken original.
We design parts in CAD to your exact measurements, and we design them specifically for 3D printing — oriented for strength, with tolerances that fit, and without features that waste time or material. We'll send you progress images along the way so you can check it's heading in the right direction.
Replacement parts are a speciality: if something is broken, discontinued or simply impossible to buy, send us the original (or what's left of it) and we'll recreate it.

We print using FDM (fused deposition modelling) on an enclosed 3D Printer, which handles everyday plastics as well as tougher engineering and carbon-fibre filled materials. For anything that needs to fit, we print a sample first — once you've confirmed the fit and proportions, we print the final part or start the batch.

Designed a product you want to sell? Our Print and Post service lets you sell direct without owning a printer or handling stock. When you make a sale, we print the item and post it straight to your customer.
Every product is reviewed by our team before we take it on. We'll confirm it prints reliably, to a consistent quality, and that it's viable to produce and post — so you and your customers know what to expect from every order.
